Krista Petrock is a Licensed Nursing Home Administrator and Regional Manager with a strong background in customer service and team building. She has 26 years of experience in Long Term Care Administration. Krista is passionate about helping seniors and their families achieve safety and care needed later in life. She is a proud wife, mother of 2 daughters, and dog mom who loves to read and garden when she is not working.

Susan Marie Holt is a Licensed Practical Nurse from Marion Ohio. Susan has been a nurse for 13 years. She is currently the Director of Nursing at Kingston Residence of Marion. Susan believes that being a nurse means being a lifelong learner. Her experience and leadership skills have helped her succeed as a director of nursing. She is passionate about making a positive impact on the lives of other. Susan performs assessments for admissions and discharges as well as works with the interdisciplinary team to improve optimum care to residents. Susan enjoys reading, traveling, kayaking and spending time with her family. 

Kim Manley is a Community Relations Director specializing in geriatric care. Kim has worked as a Licensed Practical Nurse for the past 12 years. She received her nursing degree from Tri-Rivers Career Center. Kim is recognized for building nurturing relationships that drive positive change that creates a lasting impact. With a geriatric care background, Kim combines strategic vision with a hands-on approach to community engagement, resulting in successful initiatives that bring people together and benefit the community as a whole. Kim enjoys traveling in her free time and watching her boys’ sporting events.  

Patti Newman is the Life Enrichment Director in our Memory Care Unit at Kingston Residence of Marion. She has 19 years of experience with 17 years of that being employed with Kingston. The favorite part of her job is seeing the joy on the resident’s faces when they are telling their life stories and bringing up memories they haven’t talked about in years. The residents are so full of wisdom and knowledge.  Showing respect to the residents is probably one of the most important parts of her job. We work in their home, give them the respect they deserve. It is very important to make a positive difference in the daily routine of the residents. Family is a top priority in Patti’s life. She loves spending time with her husband, 2 children and her 6 grandchildren. The grandchildren definitely keep her on her toes, but she wouldn’t change a thing.  

Bob Goyer has 18 years of sales and marketing experience in the healthcare industry. As a life-long Marion citizen, Bob has developed many key community connections and relationships that prove valuable for his current role as a Community Relations Director. Bob has coordinated large community events and believes in partnering with others to bring the community together. Bob and his wife have been instrumental in developing a downtown 5-story building and an historic home. He leads various Christian focused activities and events to bring unity to Marion churches.
