Caregiver hero: Patty has been a care giver in the Memory Care Unit for over 10 years. When asked what she likes most about her job, Patty said she enjoys helping others and it makes her heart feel good. Her job is very gratifying and the residents give just as much love to her as she gives to them. She said, “Every day is different and it doesn’t feel like a job. You just can’t help but be attached, and I love them!” Patty lives in Marion and has 4 children and 6 grandchildren.
